TakeoffSprint creates preliminary, user-directed quantity takeoffs. It does not produce a complete estimate, bid, engineering determination, or construction instruction.

Your review is required

You are responsible for verifying scale, quantities, drawing revisions, specifications, scope, units, assumptions, and exported data before bidding, purchasing, fabrication, or construction.

No accuracy guarantee

Plan quality, calibration, user input, software limitations, and drawing changes can cause omissions or errors. Do not rely on the pilot as the sole basis for a financial or construction decision.

Acceptable use

Use only files you are authorized to review. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Pilot availability

Features, pricing, limits, and availability may change during early access. Payment is not active until hosted checkout is connected and tested.
